1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing enwebs.net or using our services, you agree to comply with these legally binding Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Overview

Enwebs Studios provides:

Web Design & Development (Custom websites, eCommerce, WordPress, SEO optimization)
Digital Marketing (Social media management, PPC campaigns, email marketing)
Mobile App Development (Native iOS & Android applications)
Cybersecurity Solutions (Vulnerability assessments, penetration testing)
VoIP Services (Business phone systems, cloud PBX)
Graphic Design (Branding, logos, marketing collateral)

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

3.1 Account Registration

Clients must provide accurate information during signup
Each user is limited to one account unless approved for business plans
Accounts are non-transferable

3.2 Security Obligations

Users must maintain password confidentiality
Immediate notification required for unauthorized access
We reserve right to terminate suspicious accounts

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing & Fees

All prices in USD unless otherwise specified
Recurring services billed monthly/annually as selected
Custom project quotes valid for 30 days

4.2 Payment Methods

Accepted:

✓ Zelle

4.3 Refund Policy

Service Type	Refund Eligibility
Web Design	50% refund if canceled before mockup approval
Digital Marketing	No refunds after campaign launch
App Development	30% refund if canceled during planning phase
Cybersecurity	Full refund if vulnerability scan not performed

Chargebacks will result in immediate service suspension and may incur $50 dispute fee.

5. Project Management

5.1 Delivery Timeline

Standard projects delivered within agreed timeframe
Delays caused by client feedback may adjust deadlines
Rush services available at 25% premium

5.2 Revisions Policy

Includes 3 rounds of revisions for design projects
Additional revisions billed at $75/hour
Major scope changes require new quote

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Client Projects

Full ownership transfers upon final payment
Source code/licenses specified in project agreement
Portfolio display rights retained unless NDA exists

6.2 Our Proprietary Assets

CMS frameworks, templates, and tools remain our property
Client may not resell or redistribute our systems
